10 The Best Dressed Chicken drumsticks
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 Scotch Bonnet peppers, seeded
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp salt, for taste
1 tsp ground all-spice
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 small onion, cut into chunks


  • Combine all ingredients, except the chicken legs, into blender.
  • Pulse until the mixture is liquefied.
  • Put the chicken legs in a re-sealable bag and pour marinade over the drumsticks, coating them thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Fire up a grill and allow flames to establish for 4-5 minutes.
  • Arrange drumsticks on grill grate and smoke for 30 minutes.
