2 The Best Dressed Chicken breasts, deboned
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 cups vegetable oil


  • Cut the chicken breasts into long strips and set aside.
  • Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and put flour in another dish.
  • Add Panko breadcrumbs to a shallow bowl along with garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
  • Dip the chicken strips into flour, beaten eggs and then dredge them into the seasoned Panko.
  • Fry strips in hot vegetable oil for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and drain on paper towel.
