Ingredients
4 The Best Dressed Chicken thighs
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup dark soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsps fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- Set the chicken thighs aside and whisk all the other ingredients together.
- Once the sauce is combined, add the thighs to the mixing bowl and turn to coat.
- Arrange the thighs on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil, reserving any sauce from the bowl.
- Bake until the thighs are cooked through, basting from time to time with reserved sauce, about 35-45 minutes.
- When cooked, the thickest parts should register at least 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.
- Remove from oven and loosely cover with aluminum foil.
- Arrange the thighs on a serving dish and garnish with cilantro sprigs, lime slices and wedges.
